10 years ago, JUXINYUAN entered the industry as the Turkish distributor and strategic partner of C&D Steel Co., the third largest company in China in terms of capital, and started trading steel and sheets between China and Turkey. In the following period, it expanded its sales network to Africa and Europe.

In 2018, seeing the trade and investment opportunities in the Balkans, JUXINYUAN's adventure in the Balkans began in Montenegro.

As a Turkish company, JUXINYUAN managed to become one of the largest Turkish investors in Montenegro. In addition to its trade volume, it decided to enter the construction sector as a Turkish investor with the SAPPHIREALL brand to carry out quality-focused special projects. The company also has a large number of land and warehouse stocks in Turkey and Montenegro.

Born in Ankara in 1968, Murat Özkahraman graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Civil Engineering Department in 1991. Immediately after graduation, he was involved in the commercial and residential project development fields of many brands both in Turkey and abroad. He played an active role in project development areas in leading Turkish firms such as ALSİM-ALARKO, EKPAR A.Ş., and PROJE YÖNETİM A.Ş.
